Hillary Clinton rips into ‘rotten’ Elon Musk as she speaks on Taylor Swift’s endorsement

Hillary Clinton has hailed Taylor Swift for publicly endorsing Kamala Harris for president.
The former U.S. Secretary of State and Democrat presidential nominee has dished her verdict on the timing of the 34-year-old megastar’s endorsement for Harris.
Speaking on the On with Kara Swisher podcast, Hillary shared: “The fact that it happened right after the debate and just added to Kamala’s momentum must have just set them all off,” of Taylor’s endorsement, which was shared with her 283 million Instagram followers shortly after the presidential debate.
“Taylor Swift brings an unusual impact to an endorsement. Her fanbase is so intense and incredibly influenced by her,” the politician added.
Hillary’s appraisal of Taylor didn’t stop there as she went on to commend the Cruel Summer singer for standing up for herself in past situations.

“She’s a singer who charts the course of her life which they relate to as their own lives, but she’s also someone who stood up to a guy who groped her and stood up to get her music back from someone she thought had illegitimately had taken it from her,” Hillary explained.
“She has demonstrated resilience in taking control over her own life that sends a strong message. I’m a huge admirer. I think [her endorsement] has real impact.”
One person Hillary didn’t have a good word to say about was Elon Musk.
Not long after Taylor shared her endorsement, in which she made a nod to JD Vance’s heavily criticized “childless cat lady” comments, the CEO of Tesla tweeted: “Fine Taylor … you win … I will give you a child and guard your cats with my life.”

Hillary branded Elon’s comment as “rotten and creepy,” saying it was “kind of another way of saying rape, I think.”
“I can’t understand why he says what he says. It just is beyond my imagination,” she added.
Hillary mentioned that the “so-called masters of the universe in the technology world…misogyny is such a part of their worldview, and they gravitate toward toughness and brutality and machoism.
“And here’s Taylor Swift, a self-made billionaire who brings joy to people and who imparts life lessons, particularly to girls and women. They can’t stand it.”
